We will despatch your order within 1 to 3 days of receiving payment. If you order a personal product do not forget to write a NAME in Seller message or send to us a message please.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered
Once products have been dispatched to within the UK, orders normally arrive in 3 - 4 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of an increase in the manufacturers prices.
We only accept returns for broken or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and us. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made.
We require all items below £50 are sent back by recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent back by courier. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. Lilly Design will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed.
Please ensure that the item is posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in the post. We advise that you use a signed for service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders which get lost in the post
